Despite large efforts going into the development of vaccines against SARS-CoV-2, first data from different clinical trials show that the duration of the immune response will be limited in time. Should it be confirmed, it means that the outbreaks of COVID19 will continue for many years, possibly dozens of years.
Ecrins Therapeutics has developed a panel of neutralizing monoclonal antibodies (mABs) against SARS-CoV-2. Their sequences will be patented in November-December 2020. The mABs will be humanized and used to develop a highly original therapeutic drug, fundamentally different from the ones under development by competition.
We are seeking a partnership with a Pharmaceutical Laboratory or an investment partner to take this breakthrough project to the clinic.
